  • Peace partners should understand that Dr Riak Machar’s regular extensions of peace deals is not based on ideals of making extensions without reasons. It’s known that anything that comes by chance or imposed doesn’t last for long. It would be better for South Sudanese ruling elites and citizens as a whole to be sympathetic with oppositions ensuring hopes for South Sudanese that the real peace pacts shalln’t be transgressed. In a candor, Peace is not based on when it’s needed but why should it be given.
South Sudanese peaceful Country not a country at peace.
