RE: INVITATION FOR THE MEDIA COVERAGE ON THURSDAY 10TH OF OCT-2013
Juba, October 7, 2013 (SSNA) — South Sudan Law Society (SSLS) is cordially inviting Media Fraternity in the Country to join in Celebrating “World Day against the Death Penalty”; the event will take place on Thursday the 10th of October 2013.
Time: 9:30 am to 1:00pm
Venue: Dembesh Hotel -opposite Juba Stadium
The main objective is to remind the governments to live up to their obligations expressed by vote in favor of the United Nations General Assembly Resolution on the moratorium on the use of death penalty in November 2012 and immediately sign the moratorium on death penalty.
All Media Houses both International Media houses and South Sudan Media houses are highly invited.
