Fighting Erupts in Juba, Casualties Unknown

Juba, December 15, 2013 (SSNA) — A fight has occurred late Sunday night between different groups of the presidential guards.

The clash happened when one unit of the presidential guards was being suspected of incursion by another group.

The SSNA was told that a sequence of heavy fights followed thereafter, but, no causality was reported.

Both military and political sources have also told the South Sudan News Agency that heavy shootings in and around Juba are continuing.
