December 19, 2014 (SSNA) — Dr. Barnaba Marial Benjaminis one of South Sudanese politician, whose originality is from Wuror County in Jonglei State, after he was segregated/ criticized by Hon. Paul Mayom Akech in Lakes State due to his political ambition of becoming a Governor of Lakes State. He was left stranded until Lou-Nuer called him back and gave him an Mp position without much campaign because Lou-Nuer of Wuror County agreed to offer the position to him due to recognition of his late Father who was known in Lou- Nuer sub-clan and in entire Nuer respectively.
Before going further, I would like to bring in to your attention about “Political orphan in Nuer Society” called Marial Benjamin who has been lobbying in different Countries, internationally, Regionally denying the massacre of the Nuer civil Population that happened on the 16th, 17th and 18th of December 2013.
He is the current Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in the Cabinet of South Sudan. He was appointed to that position on 27 July 2013. After the eruption of South Sudan conflict, when Nuer were massacre in Juba by his uncles (he) Marial when on Media and begin lobbying for deployment of Uganda troops, Kenyan Troops, M27 soldiers, Sudan Rebels like JEM and Egyptian with Machine guns that have killed his own Nuer Tribe and as well he went ahead in lobbying for the existence of the current government of Salva Kiir Mayardit where he is always being called (Gatnyankaai in Dinka language) mean, son of my Sister.
He has held various positions in the Cabinet of South Sudan since independence in 2005. He was information Minister from 2010 to 2013.
Dr. Benjamin has professional training in medicine and diplomacy. He studied Premedical Sciences at the University of Khartoum in 1965 and graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Cairo in 1970. He studied Hygiene and Tropical medicine in the school of Tropical Medicine, London in 1983. At the Centre for African Reconnaissance (CARS), University of South Africa (UNISA), Pretoria South Africa in 2005, he studied Diplomacy and International Relations.
It is widely understood by all intellectuals of the Nuer Society globally that Marial Bajemin whose Mother is a Dinka from Lakes state, has killed Nuer civil population through his speeches, comments since the crisis of South Sudan emerged. He has been well quoted in different channels of communication internationally and regionally about his hatred of Nuer society to exist in the Republic of South Sudan. Where will Marial Benjamin go after the crisis of South Sudan? Will people of Wuror County give votes to the person who killed their own, mothers, fathers, children in Juba? Will Marial go back to his uncles in Lakes state or go for exile in different part of the world after peace talk?
Absolutely, a person like Marial Benjamin has got no future at all in the Nuer Society at large due to the fact that, his diplomatic missions have been on the abuses of Nuer community globally. Most of the people in the world, have understood Nuer community in different context based on the different assumptions and allegations put against them by Marial Benjamin.
