Ethiopia military plane crashes in South Sudan

Juba, February 9, 2019 (SSNA) — A United Nations plane operated by the Ethiopian military has crashed in South Sudan, a source with the UN Mission in South Sudan told the South Sudan News Agency (SSNA) today in Juba.

The source explains that the plane was carrying Ethiopian soldiers operating in a UN-mandated peace mission in Abiey.

The source also discloses to the SSNA that at least four people died in the crash and that the identity of the dead is yet to be determined.
