February 1, 2015 (SSNA) — Greater Twic East Community of South Sudan-USA is praising the step been taken by former Governor of Jonglei State, Mr. Kuol Manyang, and currently Minister of Local Government and Law Enforcement of Jonglei State, Mr. Wal Athiu Madol. We have nothing to detail outs, but we have to just say, great moves fellows. Your voices are needed to sub-due your Bor County unreasonable citizens. In addition too, it is now crystal clear that, the Greater Bor citizens are the only ones behind everything been going on in Mading town as protests. Right now, the protests had totally no connections with Greater Twic East and Greater Duk communities at all as you Hon. Wal Athiu has been able gives account below about the incident.
Also, we are now become aware; this event was a well planned event to removal Caretaker Gov. John Kong Nyuon as they (Bor County) did the something before to former Jonglei State Gov. Mr. Philip Thon Leek when he was a governor of State. Thus, we, the Eastern Twi Dinka people are truly know your game here our cousin. Because you people always like leadership while you can’t execute it either through right way because you people lack fair leadership but just mouth claiming propaganda. However, your claims though about leadership fair style don’t always hold truth in it at all but just to get in, mess everything up, and loots resources and still later crying-foolish based on hypocrisy. Example: Jonglei State and South Sudan government as well and you still don’t understand they mess you have been done to our country. When are you people going to learn admission?
Advice: Bor County citizens, do your wrong-things and not mess-ups with it through your wrong name ‘Bor’ naturally associated with wrong stuffs. We [Eastern Twic Dinka] been victimized for your wrong-doings in long time, we think it is over greedy, jealousy, greedy, selfish people. Everybody knows differences between Eastern Twi Dinka and Dinka Bor unless the shameless people are still insist on.
Finally, we, the Eastern Twic Dinka people will wait and see what our President Kiir Mayardit takes out of this incident. The incident which was designed intentionally by Bor County citizens against the man the president has put his trust and appointed him to be Jonglei State Caretaker governor.

“A week ago a group of about 25-30 women gathered and came to our offices. They were led by Dook Chuor who is a serving prison warder in Bor. They came with their sign post demanding and asking for Governor Koang to be removed from his post. They passed by my office yelling, crying, accusing Governor to have links with Riek Machar or transfer money to him.
Their demonstration was not authorized by any office but the commissioner of Bor County Mamer Ruk and I met them. We asked them to go back and provide their petition with the list of what they wanted. As they return; they came back with the letter which was written earlier by those who were objecting the internal transfer at the State Ministry of Finance but forged the letter in Greater Bor community names. The contents of the letter were discriminatory and that same time abusive but there was nothing as community letter. We called the community but community members said they have written no letter.
We were aware of this letter and the process of investigation was ongoing but from that moment we knew that these women were pushed by someone. We were aware that some officials in the Ministry of Finance were not happy with their new positions and that prompted a new concerns by influencing others to act on their behalf against the Government. These triggered the arrest and the four leading women who were aware of the conspiracy were arrested. This is a norm and practice in Law enforcement and it will be up to the court to release them if they are fought not guilty.
As from yesterday; we have now arrested four and one woman among the leading five is still being located. This was even supported by former Governor who is a current South Sudan Minister of Defense H.E Kuol Manyang.
