Former Ugandan spy accuses Museveni of working against peace in South Sudan

Kampala/Juba, June 22, 2018 (SSNA) — The President of Uganda Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is encouraging South Sudanese President Salva Kiir not to accept any peace agreement that would allow rebel leader Riek Machar to return as his deputy, a former Ugandan intelligent operative said. The former intelligent agent also accused Museveni of being ‘Kiir’s IGAD paid agent.”

The accusation comes barely a day after the East African leaders failed to find a peaceful resolution between South Sudan’s rival leaders.

In a statement to the South Sudan News Agency (SSNA), the former spy for Uganda’s External Security Organization (ESO) James Moises said the Ugandan leader recently told Kiir not to accept any peace deal with South Sudan’s rebel chief, unless such a pact favors Kiir’s position on peace.

“IGAD is wasting time talking about bringing peace to South Sudan while my leader [Museveni] is advising Kiir not to accept any peace arrangement with Riek Machar. If the region wants peace to prevail in South Sudan, it must remove itself from the process and allow the African Union and the international community to take over,” James said in the text, adding, “Museveni is a Kiir’s IGAD paid agent.”

“I have overwhelming evidence which shows Museveni is busy formulating techniques to prolong the suffering of the people of the young nation. He sent a three-member team to Juba last Tuesday [June 12] and this team met with Kiir privately,” he added.

James also blasted Museveni, saying the Ugandan President is a cold-blooded dictator who wants Kiir to fill his shoes.

“Yoweri is a very dangerous person. He is a killer who killed so many Ugandans. He definitely wants Kiir to act like him so that he can continue benefiting from South Sudanese blood,” James further explained.

In July 2013, James wrote an article which exposed Museveni’s secret plan to fight alongside Kiir against Riek Machar. In his piece, he said Ugandan troops were already stationed in carefully-chosen areas ready to intervene if Kiir wants.

James wrote the article four and half months before the civil war broke out in Juba. His piece caused panic in South Sudan and around the world.

The former spy admitted to the South Sudan News Agency that he is using an alias to hide his real name for fear of reprisal. However, he states that Museveni will never find him because of his past intelligence skills.

It is good policy for America to warn Dictator Kirr’s South Sudanese government. However, why does America continue to support the worst genocidal dictator in the history of Independent Africa?!!
Yes Indeed, on one side America warns South Sudanese government for discouraging peace resolution to the South Sudanese civil war. Yet they have been supporting a Rwandese Tutsi refugee usurper of Uganda government, dictator Museveni for thirty two years!!! The question is how can the Americans warn Kirr who is a rookie in the business of dictatorship and genocide?!!! Shouldn’t America have done this to dictator Museveni many years ago? Why haven’t Western countries put sanctions on the worst genocidal dictator in history of the Mother Continent?
Dictator Museveni, a Rwandese Tutsi refugee who took advantage of Ugandan open society which allowed Rwandede/Burundian Tutsi refugees to assimilate. He disguised himself as an Indigenous Ugandan/Munyankole and started a fake anti- dictatorship bush war. Museveni and his Rwandese/Burundian Tutsi refugee criminals killed over a million Indigenous Baganda in Luwero. However Museveni blamed the killings on Obote government. In order to recruit the children of the families he had killed into child soldiers!!!. Museveni killed all these Baganda to carry out the first land grabbing for his landless Rwandese/Burundian Tutsi refugees. His goal was to build a Tutsi/Hima empire using strategically placed Uganda!!! He has used Ugandan territory to invade Uganda’s neighbors where he has sent his Tutsi kinsmen Kagame and Kabila to takeover Rwanda and Congo. In the process over ten million Rwandese and Congolese have died in genocides caused by this psychotic serial killer called Museveni!!!
Even the America Newsletter, Africa confidential reported in the 90s that Museveni intended to establish a Tutsi/Hima empire. However the Hima were added for convenience, this was only a trick by Museveni Rwandese/Burundian Tutsis, to hide into the Ugandan Hima groups, in order to legitimize Rwandese/Burundian Tutsi takeover of Uganda government.
Museveni Rwandese/Burundian Tutsi clique has actually maginalized and sidelined Ugandan Himas. Tutsis have become sleeoer cells in the Hima people, to hide their identity and justify their rule over Uganda. To prove this is the case, Dictator Museveni refused the Hima king to take his throne and the deception that Banyankole didn’t want him to be king again!!! This is far from the truth because Dictator Museveni has recently created kingdoms which didn’t even exist begore!!! One figures that if the Hima king had come back to rule, it would have exposed who the real Bahima are which would have made Rwandese/Burundian Tutsi refugee usurpers easily identifiable.
The Indigenous people of Uganda call on the American government to put sanctions on Museveni Rwandese/Burundian Tutsi refugee usurpers of Uganda government. The American government should stop supporting their own created insecure genocidal Rwandese
