Juba, September 22, 2021 (SSNA) — President Salva Kiir and First Vice President Dr. Riek Machar will resume peace implementation talks next week, two government sources familiar with the matter told the South Sudan News Agency today.

The discussion scheduled to resume as the agreement required will address obstacles that are preventing peace from progressing.

The sources added that Machar is not happy about the ways Kiir handles the peace execution process.
